Umbrellar has been recognised for digital transformation expertise across Asia Pacific, through a strategic partner award honouring with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).
Unveiled in Singapore, the award acknowledges the Auckland-based provider’s expertise across business excellence and customer satisfaction, delivered through the vendor’s hybrid cloud technologies.
“HPE has been with us on that continuous journey of change since we were established as a business 21 years ago,” said Dave Howden, head of cloud at Umbrellar.
According to Howden, the alliance with HPE has allowed Umbrellar to offer hybrid cloud capabilities to New Zealand customers at speed and at scale, backed up by Microsoft solutions and services.
“We are firm believers in long-standing and trusting relationships with our partners,” Howden added. “After all, like any relationship, you only get out what you put in.
“HPE, Umbrellar, in partnership with Microsoft have such a partnership and work together daily to support New Zealand businesses and resellers with a growth mindset underpinned by our collective technologies.

The award comes weeks after Umbrellar was officially added to an expanded line-up of Microsoft cloud solution providers in New Zealand market.
As revealed by Reseller News, Umbrellar and Rhipe join a network which already includes Dicker Data, Exeed and Ingram Micro.
