Equinox IT has expanded its capabilities across the Microsoft Azure platform, through the recruitment of Faranak Torabi as solution architect.
Torabi takes up the role of senior solution architect at the technical consultancy firm, where she will be responsible for designing and delivering Microsoft Azure and other technical solutions for customers across New Zealand.
“Businesses today are much more dynamic and the smart ones deliver and integrate cloud and business systems to rapidly respond to demand,” Torabi said.
“I love helping businesses succeed with technology and I can't wait to make a difference to Equinox IT's clients.”
With strong experience in solution architecture and consulting, Torabi joins Equinox IT having worked at New Zealand Bloodstock, Provoke, Auckland Transport, LeapThought and Intergen.
“Faranak has an exceptional technical background across cloud, CRM, architecture, integration, systems implementation and development,” Equinox IT general manager of cloud Warren Hughes added.
“We're stoked to have her join our team and we're excited about the considerable contribution she will make to our clients.”
According to Hughes, the Wellington-based business continues to expand its capabilities within the cloud, with a deep focus on the Microsoft Azure platform.
“In addition to being a Microsoft Gold Partner for DevOps we're now also a Silver Partner for Cloud Productivity, Cloud Platform and Application Development,” Hughes added.
“We're doing innovative work for our clients, helping them extract maximum value from Microsoft's Azure, Office 365 and VSTS platforms.
