100 new NZ jobs as Synnex subsidiary receives glowing Kiwi data centre recognition

"Achieving certification at our Auckland site is a cause for great celebration within our team."

The Concentrix delivery centre based in Auckland, New Zealand, has become the country's first organisation to be certified to the COPC Outsource Service Provider (OSP) standard.

Concentrix, a wholly owned subsidiary of Synnex Corporation and a player in high-value global business services, has also revealed the addition of 100 new jobs in New Zealand.

Seen as a leader in high-value global business services, the company provides transformational solutions to drive business excellence, helping clients differentiate their brands and maximise value during every customer interaction.

The COPC OSP Standard is part of the COPC Family of Standards and is a recognised and respected performance management system for contact centres and can be applied to any type of in-house customer operation.

“Achieving certification at our Auckland site is a cause for great celebration within our team,” says Peter Monk, Country General Manager Australia and New Zealand.

“Being certified by 'the' standard in our business is undeniable evidence of the outstanding professionalism, creativity, and work ethic that our team displays, through all layers of the business.

“A truly engaging environment has been established here.”

For COPC Inc. certification, a customer contact operation must adopt and consistently implement best practices to manage customer satisfaction, service, quality, and costs.

According to Monk, it also must meet performance targets that are consistent with high-performing organisations.

Certified organisations can ensure their clients and end-users consistently receive high levels of service and quality, combined with high levels of operational efficiency and reduced costs.

“COPC Certification in New Zealand represents our ongoing commitment to an extensive use of industry-leading standards and high performance benchmarks across the organisation,” Monk adds.

“This enables us to provide only exceptional services to our clients and their customers."

Monk added that Concentrix is now the only organisation in the world with 10 centers certified to COPC OPS Standard.
