Australian business solutions company UXC Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Oxygen Business Solutions, has finalised the acquisition of the business assets of SAP hybris systems integrator contiigo.
The deal comprises contiigo’s customer base, intellectual property, accreditations, contracts, software, systems and 25 employees.
In conjunction with its existing digital solutions and implementation practice, White Labelled, this acquisition propels UXC into a strong leadership position in the market and reinforces UXC Oxygen’s position as a SAP systems integrator in Australasia with a digital customer engagement commerce (CEC) offering.

Founded in 2004 with offices in Melbourne and Sydney, contiigo has grown to become the largest Australian independent SAP hybris implementation specialist with a strong onshore software development capability.
Furthermore, contiigo is Asia Pacific and Japan's only regional platinum hybris partner and is the current hybris partner of the year, with all staff set to be integrated into UXC Oxygen’s existing offices over the next three months.
