New Zealand ICT firm Cyclone has been appointed as the country’s only Google for Education Partner - Premier, continuing the company’s strong work with the sector.
Seen as a “great acknowledgement” from the tech giant for the planning, support, professional development and education support in the New Zealand education sector, the deal is an extension of Cyclone’s ‘seven steps to success’ initiative in classrooms nationwide.
“There are some great tools that surround the platform,” says Graham Prentice, General Manager, Apple Div / AoG, Cyclone.
“They are well designed for the teacher workflow so it makes a lot of sense for the education sector, plus they are well priced for their capabilities.”
For Prentice, this is where the future lies, “across the vendors and the third party products around them.”
“We have specialised in the professional developments and working closely with teachers both in schools and via remote hang outs,” he adds.
